Sophie the Giraffe
Oh-la-la!
We LOVE Sophie the Giraffe! Why? Because our BABIES love Sophie!! In fact, babies around the world have loved Sophie the Giraffe for 40 years! She was “born” in France, made by the French company Vulli, with all natural rubber (phtalate-free). Sophie is slender, flexible and soft so your baby can squeeze and chew on her in complete safety. With her darling little face, fun polka-dotted body, squeaky “voice”, and all natural rubber smell babies can’t help but love this tiny Giraffe!!
La Girafe Jolie
If you have any experience with babies, then you know how they love to look at adorable little faces (and often their own mirror image ;O) With her rosy cheeks, wide grin and bright eyes, Sophie’s face will inspire a multitude of smiles from your little one.
Barrel of Laughs
Sophie is a lovable and amusing friend for your baby; her small size makes her a perfect gift for even a newborn baby. When baby squeezes Sophie’s body or head she squeaks an adorable little “laugh” delighting babies. Sophie’s long slender legs, nubby ears, nose, and hair tufts offer a variety of options for your baby to gum and gnaw on. Additionally, baby will find the contrasting orange spots on Sophie’s light colored body very intriguing.
Sugar and Spice and Everything Nice?
That’s not quite what this little girl is made of. When Sophie arrives you will notice she has a very distinct scent. This is the smell of the Hevea tree that the all natural rubber comes from. Its not a strong or bad smell, just distinct. And babies love it! This all natural rubber material is also very easy to clean. You can use a soft cloth with soap and water. (Don’t submerge the entire toy or you might ruin the squeaker, but a cloth and soap and water work just fine). Trust me, if your baby likes this Giraffe as much as mine does, you will need to clean it!
If you are one of the many families that already have a Sophie the Giraffe and are looking for another inspiring teething toy option, then you should meet Sophie’s best friends, the Champignons. These three little, friendly mushroom characters are just as appealing to young babies and toddlers as Sophie the Giraffe. Each of the three characters is made from the same all natural rubber as Sophie. And, each character, “Chan”, “Pie”, and “Gnon”, has nubby feet and a nubby head that baby will love to grasp and put in his or her mouth. Collect all three characters in Blue, Pink and Yellow.
